Call for EUPopLink ITC Conference Grant

The COST Action EUPopLink (CA23102) announces a call for applications for Inclusiveness Target Countries (ITC) conference grants. These grants are aimed at supporting researchers, including PhD students from Participating ITCs and NNCs to attend related conferences, events or conduct activities on the topic of the Action that are not organised by the COST Action.

Content and Focus:

Call for ITC conference grants

ITC Conference Grants provide financial support for participation in high-level conferences organised by third parties. The aims are to present the Applicant’s own work related to the Action, and establish new contacts for future collaborations.

ITC grants are limited to participants from Inclusiveness Target Countries (ITC) and Near Neighbour Country (NNCs). For further information look at COST Website on Excellence and Inclusiveness.

The limit per ITC Grant for face-to-face meetings is EUR 2500 according to the COST rules.

How to participate

Read the Action Description MoU
Before moving to the next step, please ensure you have subscribed to our newsletter and followed us on social media.
Apply to join your chosen Working Groups (WG). by outlining your relevant to EUPopLink research or experience. Justify your planned contributions to at least one of WGs 1–3 and in WG4 (include your social media handles).
Decisions are taken by the Core Group. Please note that we cannot provide feedback before a WG application has been submitted via this link and discussed in a Core Group meeting.
